Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes! The server for lovemode.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with your browser – Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Chome and AOL – that allows only lovemode.com to read the personal information that you submit. You will know that you are in an encrypted area when you see a solid key (Netscape), or a closed lock (Internet Explorer, Chrome & AOL) in the lower lefthand corner of your browser window.

Can I modify or adjust my order?
No. To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes after it has been placed.
How can I make a return?
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any of the items within 30 days, no questions asked! Check out our

How long will it be before I receive my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-10 business days. Priority mail shipments should arrive within 2-5 business days. See the

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal. We don't accept American Express.
Do you accept money orders or personal checks?
At this time LoveMode does not accept money orders or personal checks.

section. Just because an item is not shown, does not mean that we do not have it available.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on merchandise shipped to the state where LoveMode has a physical presence. LoveMode is located in Irvine, California, so all California addresses will be charged an additional 8.75% on the total of the order (not including shipping).
Does LoveMode offer a catalog?
LoveMode does not have a catalog available since the styles are constantly changing. You may purchase LoveMode clothing by ordering online at lovemode.com.
